Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can successfully lead demand generation or inside sales team. This person is motivated by the challenge and knows how to generate high quality, top of funnel leads to drive the company's growth.

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving qualifying opportunities that build pipeline for the Named and Strategic sales. This individual will work closely with the management and engineering team, effectively bridging client’s need with our specialties.

Who you are:.

  • Create and improve sales proposals for our existing and new clients.

  • Carry-out business development in order to increase client base.

  • Cold-calling prospective clients and launching email campaigns

  • Identify and implement business strategies, recognize market opportunities and target products and services that meet clients' needs.

  • Participate in the development and drafting of communications and prepare news releases via the Website.

  • Set up and execute programs related to call prospecting

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads

  • Carry-out and manage any other mandates related to client needs.
